Mihaela is passionate and resourceful in all her endeavors. Devoting energy and targeting long term achievements brought her to the Deputy CEO position in Banca Transilvania. During 27 years of professional activity, of which 24 in BT, she accumulated a complex and vast banking experience.

By coordinating Banca Transilvania’s M&A and ESG undertakings her professional path keeps on progression. She holds an EMBA from L'Institut d'Études du Développement Economique et Social (Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers – Paris and ASE – Bucharest) and counts several supervisory board member positions in leasing, pensions, brokerage and investment subsidiaries within Banca Transilvania Financial Group. Also, she is in the Steering Committee of EEFIG.
