With 24 years of experience in local and international taxation at Taxhouse, EY and Andersen and industry experience in finance and accounting with Procter & Gamble, Angela is a certified tax consultant and maintains a reputation of adopting a business related approach to her advice.

She is a trainer and speaker at various tax conferences and seminars, a key member of the advisory team to the Romanian Ministry of Finance with regard to introduction and amendment of the Fiscal Code, leader of the taxation task force of the Romanian Business Leaders and an active member of the taxation task forces of the Foreign Investment Council and AmCham in Romania, leader of the taxation task-force of Coalitia pentru Dezvoltarea Romaniei in 2016.

Angela holds an MA Degree in International Business and Economics from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest (1996) and an MBA Degree from the Institute for Business and Public Administration at the University of Washington, Seattle, USA (2001).
